In 2020, Rayson Non Woven Company's total sales volum have achieved rapid growth, an increase of about 50% compared with last year, and total sales reached 106 million US Dollar. Although some of the factors have been created by circumstances, the company's non-woven fabric and mattress sales team has also been under tremendous pressure this year and has made tremendous efforts. Focusing on this theme, Director of Rayson Mattress Division - Mr Deng, and representatives of the newcomers gave wonderful speeches according to their respective scope of work. The incisive eight characters have been extended and interpreted by different visions, and their meanings are constantly enriched.
Based on the company's recent actual situation, MS. Rong of the mattress sales department read out the "Enhanced Sales Incentive Program during the Chinese New Year" for everyone, and conducted thematic training of "Goods Release System" for each salesperson. Then, the general manager- Mr Deng combed and summarized the company's development in 2020, and analyzed the industry situation in 2021 and the company's next strategic plan.
